Downstairs, the cottage has a comfortable living room with two sofas, an open fire and flatscreen digital TV with DVD/VCR.  A separate dining room has a large farmhouse-style table seating up to 6 people.  There is a good selection of DVDs and video tapes available for guests' use, as well books, games and puzzles.   The property benefits from full oil-fired central heating (fuel included in rental price).

 

The property sleeps 5 and has two comfortably furnished bedrooms - one double bedroom with 5ft kingsize bed and a large twin bedroom with an extra single bed and a second TV/DVD player.  Both bedrooms have south facing views towards the Moray Firth.  There is a newly fitted bathroom with bath, electric shower, basin & WC as well as a separate WC/basin with small corner bath.  A travel cot and high chair are provided for younger guests. 

 

 

The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric cooker/hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.  A washing machine and separate tumble dryer are situated in the adjacent utility area.

Outside, the cottage has its own area of garden with picnic bench and basketball net as well as a lockable shed for bike/equipment storage.  There is ample parking adjacent to the property.  There are also acres of farm tracks and woodland to explore - even Tarrel's own rocky beach!
